About the Author
David Myers is the John Dirk Werkman Professor of Psychology at Hope College where he has taught for the past 30 years. David Myers' love of teaching psychology has been rewarded by students on many occasions with numerous "Outstanding Professor" awards. An award-winning researcher, Dr. Myers received the Gordon Allport Prize from Division 9 of the American Psychological Association for his work on group polarization. His scientific articles have appeared in more than two dozen journals, including Science, American Scientist, Psychological Bulletin, and Psychological Science. He has served his discipline as consulting editor to the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.

The title is misleading!

The title of this book on Amazon is completely misleading. It's a study guide. But the Amazon just name it "Social Psychology" without any subtitle, or explanation to say that it's actually the STUDY GUIDE, not the textbook! The title is completely misleading! I think Amazon should be responsible for my loss in purchasing this book!!!

The paperback (International version) is an exact copy of the actual book!

I needed this book for my college sociology class, the required text in my schools book store was really expensive, so I went online and found out that the (international version) is an exact copy of my classes course book. I saved a lot of money and passed my class which wouldn't have happened without it! Buy this version!
