As a professional trainer, he has directed job-oriented courses on Audio/Video Appliances and Consumer Electronics in Haryana and Delhi. He has over twenty years of teaching experience, inducting new entrants into the field of electronics and teaching basic and diploma-level courses in Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME), Secunderabad. He has contributed articles to magazines and authored four other books, two of them being Colour Television: Theory and Practice, 2000 Solved Problems in Digital Electronics, Published by Tata McGraw-Hill. His fields of interest are A/V Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Electronic Devices and Circuits, and Electrical and Electronic Instruments and Instrumentation. "

Content is ok. Layout is terrible

I've only just started reading this. Its a rather odd format. There are short introductions, followed by a series of questions and worked out answers. Its ok, I guess, if not a bit unusual.
I really don't like the layout. There are no margins! This makes it uncomfortable to read. Your eyes just fall off the side of the page. There is at most one character width margin. More importantly, there is nowhere to make any notes. I like to scribble notes on technical books to help me learn / remember the material. I Can't do that with this book. I can only guess that the author/publisher was too cheap to use white space.
I give this book an F- on layout. If really needs to be in a larger format with margins.
